Digital Educational Content Policy

Uha offers digital educational content including notes, test series, video courses, PDFs, and eBooks. We encourage users to review product descriptions, sample materials (where available), and course details before making any purchase or subscription.

Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds or cancellations are only permitted under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund or Cancellation

A user may be eligible for a refund or cancellation only if the following conditions are met:

  • Successful Payment: A successful payment has been made through our platform
  • Access Issues: The user is unable to access the purchased content (video, test, eBook, etc.) within 24 hours of reporting the issue to the Uha support team
  • Technical Problems: The issue is confirmed to be on Uha's end and no temporary alternative access can be arranged
  • Early Cancellation: The user requests cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction and has not accessed or downloaded the content
  • Content Mismatch: The content was not delivered as described in the product details

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase for consideration.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Content Accessed: The user has already accessed, streamed, or downloaded any portion of the paid content
  • Proper Delivery: The course/product has been delivered as described in our platform
  • User Error: The purchase was made in error or without intent to use the content
  • External Restrictions: Government or legal authorities restrict, ban, or remove any educational material
  • Late Cancellation: The user attempts to cancel after 24 hours from purchase
  • Technical Issues on User End: Problems with user's device, internet connection, or compatibility issues
  • Change of Mind: User decides they no longer want the content after purchase

Digital content accessed even partially is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

Our refund process is designed to be fair and transparent:

Processing Time: If all conditions for cancellation are satisfied, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Refund Process Steps:

  • Step 1: Submit refund request through official channels
  • Step 2: Our team reviews the request within 24-48 hours
  • Step 3: If approved, refund is initiated within 7 working days
  • Step 4: Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

Refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.

Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered:

  • Course Discontinuation: If Uha discontinues a course midway due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical Issues: Prolonged technical problems affecting course delivery
  • Content Quality Issues: Significant quality issues identified and acknowledged by Uha

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on content accessed versus total content purchased.

Legal Jurisdiction

Governing Jurisdiction: All refund and cancellation-related disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

This policy is governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Bangalore, Karnataka.
