To be eligible for registration as a teacher on our platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject is required
- Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
- You must be fluent in English or Hindi (as per class/subject requirement)
- You must have access to a reliable internet connection and basic digital equipment (camera, microphone, laptop or smartphone)
Our compensation structure is designed to reward quality teaching and dedication:
- Final pay rate is determined based on:
- Academic qualification
- Subject expertise
- Teaching experience
- Availability and performance
- Faceless and face-on videos will be compensated differently
- Top performers can earn up to ₹35,000/month based on performance and work volume
Your earnings potential grows with consistent quality delivery and student satisfaction.
To maintain consistency and quality service:
- Minimum availability: 2 hours per day
- Maximum requirement: 3 hours per day
- Working days: Monday to Friday (weekdays only)
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off
- No video submissions will be accepted during weekends
Video Specifications:
- Recorded videos: 10 to 20 minutes duration
- Live booked sessions: 50 to 60 minutes long
- Minimum video resolution: 720p
- Clear audio quality is mandatory
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available to respond to student demands for live or recorded content
- Response time should be within your declared availability hours
- Maintain consistent quality across all content formats
Professional commitment is essential for our students' success:
- Uha will share session schedules when students book sessions
- Missing a scheduled session results in:
- No payment for the missed session
- Requirement to complete the next session free of charge as penalty
- Regular absenteeism or failure to deliver quality sessions may result in termination
- Advanced notice for unavailability is appreciated and should be communicated promptly
Reliability and punctuality are crucial for maintaining student trust and platform reputation.
As a Uha teacher, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism:
Professional Behavior:
- Treat students, parents, and Uha staff with respect and professionalism
- Avoid using offensive language or inappropriate behavior
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Platform Loyalty:
- Do not promote your personal brand, services, or third-party platforms during sessions
- Focus exclusively on Uha content and methodology during sessions
- Redirect any personal inquiries to official Uha channels
Quality assurance is paramount to our students' success:
- All videos are reviewed by the Uha Quality Team
- Content found to be poor quality, incorrect, misleading, or harmful will be deleted without payment
- You will receive periodic performance feedback
- Consistently poor content quality may result in termination without notice
Quality Standards:
- Accurate and up-to-date information
- Clear explanation and teaching methodology
- Appropriate pace for target audience
- Engaging and interactive content delivery
Understanding content ownership is crucial:
- All videos, tutorials, and materials submitted to Uha become the intellectual property of UHA
- You may not reuse, sell, or upload the content elsewhere without written permission
- Uha reserves the right to edit, repurpose, or remove content as needed
- This includes but is not limited to:
- Video lectures and tutorials
- Written materials and notes
- Interactive content and assignments
Your content contributions help build Uha's comprehensive educational library for all students.
Payment Schedule:
- Payments are processed every 15 days based on approved content and session logs
- Payment amounts vary for recorded and live sessions
- Payments are subject to content approval by the quality team
Tax Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for complying with your local tax regulations regarding income received from Uha
- Uha does not deduct taxes unless required by law
- Maintain proper records for tax filing purposes
Understanding work allocation:
- Work is assigned based on student demand and platform requirements
- You are not guaranteed continuous work
- Work distribution depends on:
- Subject demand
- Your performance ratings
- Student feedback
- Availability match with student needs
- No disputes will be entertained regarding lack of assigned work
Protecting our community's privacy is paramount:
- You must not share student information or session data publicly or with third parties
- Respect the confidentiality of all internal communications with the Uha team
- Student progress and personal information must remain confidential
- Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or legal action
Breach of confidentiality is taken seriously and may result in immediate termination and legal consequences.
We are committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution:
- Any disputes must be reported to Uha via official channels
- Uha will make the final decision in all disputes related to:
- Content quality and approval
- Payment calculations
- Termination decisions
- Policy interpretations
- Disputes should be raised within 30 days of the incident
- All communications regarding disputes must be professional and factual
Uha reserves the right to terminate your registration under the following circumstances:
Immediate Termination:
- Violation of any terms and conditions
- Consistently poor content quality or student complaints
- Breach of confidentiality or privacy policies
- Inappropriate behavior or misconduct
- Safety concerns for students or platform integrity
Termination Process:
- Uha may terminate registration without advance notice if needed for student or platform safety
- Final payments for approved content will be processed according to standard schedule
- Access to platform and materials will be immediately revoked upon termination
Termination decisions are final and not subject to appeal or reversal.
Terms and conditions may evolve to serve our community better:

- You will be notified of any changes via:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications
- Platform announcements
- Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms
- Major changes will include a reasonable notice period for review
